WKCD 2025 Terms & Conditions

1. Two winning pupils will be chosen (one from KS1 and one from KS2).

2. The winning pupils will receive a stationery bundle worth approx., £200 for their school, a personal goody bag and winner’s certificate.

3. Teaching staff whose entries are received on or before 09 May 2025 will receive an ‘early bird’ entry prize (exact prize to be at Teachers’ Club’s discretion). ‘Early bird’ entry prizes will be sent after the competition has closed.

4. Teaching staff who submit their pupils’ entries after 09 May 2025 will receive a ‘standard entry’ prize pack of x4 STAEDTLER whiteboard pens. ‘Standard entry’ prizes will be sent after the competition has closed.

5. The closing date for the competition is 11.59pm on Friday, 23 May 2025, unless otherwise specified.

6. The winners will be notified during w/c 26 May 2025, unless otherwise specified.

7. The winners will be announced during June 2024, unless otherwise specified.

8. Reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winning teachers. If the teacher of the winner does not respond within 7 days, STAEDTLER (UK) Ltd reserves the right to offer the position to a different entrant.

9. The full batch of pupil entries received by STAEDTLER (UK) Ltd. will not be shared with any third parties and will be privately shortlisted by STAEDTLER (UK) Ltd.

10. For every entry received, STAEDTLER will donate €1 to children’s charity, Plan International, to help with the implementation of climate and disaster protection and nutrition for the children in the Bokeo region, Laos.

11. Shortlisted entries will be judged by STAEDTLER Teachers’ Club and STAEDTLER (UK) Ltd.

12. Once the winners have been contacted, all entries will be destroyed.

13. Scanned entries of the shortlisted and winning designs will be shared on the Teachers’ Club website and social media channels, alongside the school name and the first name of the pupils in question.

14. More than one class can enter from one school, but teachers should enter separately (through individual Teachers’ Club membership accounts).

15. Please ensure that photographs or scans taken of the entries and sent via email are of a high quality, as STAEDTLER will not be able to count illegible entries.

16. All entries must be submitted by a teacher, unless the child is home schooled.

17. Teachers entering via email must either scan their completed Teacher’s Slip and enclose with their entries or write their name, school name, school address and the email address registered to their Teachers’ Club UK account in the covering email.

18. Postal entries submitted without the Teacher’s Slip, or if delivered with unpaid postage fees, will be discounted.

19. Please ensure that photographs or scans taken of the entries and sent via email are of a high quality, as STAEDTLER will not be able to count illegible entries.
